At Clinique, the health and well-being of our consumers, employees and community is of the utmost importance to us. Given the current situation, our Consumer Care Team are experiencing higher than usual demand and you may experience a short delay in the delivery of your online order. As a result, we will be temporarily disabling our Express Shipping service.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and will therefore be offering Free Standard Shipping on all orders until further notice. We appreciate your understanding during this time.

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the delivery option selected by you during the order process.
We do our best to estimate the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. For the most-up-to-date delivery information once your order has been shipped, please refer to the tracking information in your email confirmation. Simply use the tracking number provided to track your package online.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Clinique Online does not accept any liability whatsoever for delayed delivery caused by any third party. As soon as you have received the goods, you will assume all risk in the goods.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However we will not be liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
While we endeavour to process all orders as quickly as possible, please note shipping times with be longer during peak promotional periods. This is includes, but is not limited to Gift With Purchase, AfterPay Day, Cyber Weekend, Click Frenzy and Boxing Day.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.
We accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
