An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require orders to be sent to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Delivery Rules and Restrictions

Delivery Rules and Restrictions All orders received will be dispatched the next working day for standard delivery. (Depending on stock availability and/or order confirmation).

Orders are processed and shipped on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for colleciton card with details of how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to your order 'hidden' at the address.

Clinique Online ships all orders from Sydney via Australia Post. This extensive delivery network is supported by one of the largest transport fleets in Australia. Delivery lead times will be based on location. Delivery areas further away from Sydney and rural addresses will result in longer lead times.

Clinique Online uses Australia Post's eParcel management system. eParcel is a signature on delivery service that provides a freight tracking capability. If for any reason no signature can be collected.These deliveries will be "carded"(card left at letterbox) to the nearest local Post Office for pick up.

For delivery to some rural and semi rural areas Australia Post has restricted delivery operations and no capability to deliver with signature. A card will also be left with pick up details.

We're sorry Clinique Online only delivers online orders within Australia.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, please check that all shipping information is correct.


Returns and Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund within 14 working days from delivery.

Within the order packaging, you will find a dispatch note with details of your order. If the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, please notify us immediately by calling 1800 556 948.

If you return items for reasons other than defects in the goods, or incomplete or incorrect delivery, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items to us.

We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service (one that requires a signature upon receipt). We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (inclusive of the initial delivery charge) within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.

Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund will be available and you will be responsible for arranging for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

This policy is only applicable to purchases made online. If you purchased your item at a store, please understand that each store has its own return policy. We're sorry, but returns or exchanges for purchases made in a Clinique store or partnered retail location may not be returned or exchanged to Clinique Online.

Returns for purchases made online will not be accepted for return or exchange at a Clinique store or counter.


The Returns Process

STEP 1. – Notifying Us Of Your Intention To Return Or Cancel Your Order


Notification of your intention to return any goods within the period of 7 working days after the day of delivery can be done by either calling Customer Services on 1800 556 948 or via Email with your order details. Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

STEP 2. – Completing The Necessary Documentation

On notification of your intention to return, Customer Service will record your customer order number and the description of the goods which are being returned. This information can be found on your despatch note. Customer Service will then issue you with an authorisation number for use at any Australia Post outlet. Please retain a note of your authorisation number for future reference with Customer Service with regards to this matter.

STEP 3. – Returning The Product

Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed, and that you have included within the returned parcel the original despatch note indicating whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement. Take your parcel to any Australia Post outlet for return to Clinique.

You should retain the recorded delivery receipt from Australia Post in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

STEP 4. – Processing The Refund

If you are entilted to a refund, we will process the calculated refund within thirty (30) days of receiving your notification that you would like to return the products provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition. You will receive email notification of your refund from our payment- processing partner St George.


Damaged Items

If the goods you receive are damaged in any way, we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

Please notify us immediately by calling our Customer Care team on 1800 556 948 (Monday-Friday 9.00am-5pm, excluding public holidays).

To assure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Clinique Online purchase, simply return the unused portion and we will be happy to remit your account for the full amount of the purchase.
