What is your return/exchange policy?
We hope you are delighted with your order. However if for any reason you're not

Why is my favourite product discontinued? What can I use now?
Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Physician's care
If you are under the care of a dermatologist, only he or she can best advise you of the appropriate products that would work best with your prescribed treatments. We recommend that you ask your dermatologist about the use of Clinique products, (most dermatologists are familiar with our product line) to determine what is appropriate for you. Once you have obtained this information, we would be happy to confirm which products meet those specifications.

How should I apply for a job as a Clinique Consultant?
Consultants selling Clinique are almost always the employees of the shop where they work. So the shops make the decision who to hire as Clinique Consultants. However, Clinique does assist the shops by identifying candidates.
Selling positions may or may not be available in your area, but if you are interested in applying, you have several ways to initiate the process. You can do any of the following:
1. Visit a Clinique counter in the store where you would like to work and inquire about applying for a position. They can advise you from there.
2. Visit the Human Resources Department within the store and complete a job application, indicating your preference for Clinique.
3. Visit the ELC Human Resources website and Apply On Line www.elccareers.com.au.

Does Clinique test on animals?
The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is committed to the elimination of animal testing. We are equally committed to consumer health and safety, and bringing to market products that comply with applicable regulations in every country in which our products are sold.
